Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Since we sell food items, any returned product cannot be resold for sanitary reasons.

Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. This includes modifications to shipping addresses, product selections, or payment details. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (info@shop-allsnack.com) immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not dispose of the product or packaging, as our Customer Service team may ask for pictures or proof.
